HOW BEST TO USE THE ACCESS STATEMENTS
We intend for these
statements to provide additional information once the property
description and facilities have been read and deemed appropriate.
Access Statement
Accessed via an unclassified B-road. 2 car parking spaces on public highway to the rear of the cottage. There is no parking on the village green access track in front of the cottage, however unloading is permitted.
The main entrance to the front of the cottage is accessed over the level concrete enclosed courtyard.
Alternative entrance is through the rear back door off the public road, one step internally down in to the kitchen.
The ground floor facilities include the entrance porch, hall, open plan lounge kitchen/diner.
There is a galley style kitchen with built in hob and low level oven.
Access to the 1st floor is via a wide stairway with a 90° turn at the bottom off the kitchen oven.
2 Double bedrooms and separate bathroom are off the 1st floor landing.
There is an overhead shower with shower screen and a non-slip mat is available.
The rooms are well lit with natural and artificial lighting, along with light coloured walls and contrasting slate and timber floors.
The TV has teletext and is operated by remote control.
The external lighting to the front courtyard is operated by a manual switch in the porch.
Guide dogs are welcome.
Public transport is available by the local bus services; the sheltered bus stop is approximately 600 metres from the cottage.
